For 40 years, I have dedicated my studio practice to capturing the untamed beauty, subtle expressions, and unexpected narratives of the animal kingdom. Alongside my life as a professional artist, I have spent 29 years as a 7th-grade art teacher, sharing the joy of technical mastery and creative discovery with generations of young artists.
My work bridges high-level wildlife realism with storytelling. Whether depicting a leopard resting on a mossy branch, a small bird hitching a ride on a swimming tiger, or a fox guarded by a cluster of wild grapes under a twilight sky, I strive to capture intimate moments that invite viewers into the secret lives of animals.
